Things to do in May

May is going to be an exciting fun-packed month with lots of new starts, I will be starting my new job at BMI Healthcare after the bank holiday weekend, will let you know how that goes in due course. We have a wedding of a very good friend from university days on the Isle of Wight in mid-May and some family visiting from Australia at the end of the month to look forward to. In addition to that, there is plenty going on in and around Enfield and London that we are hoping to sample a little bit of at weekends and over the two luxurious bank holiday weekends that May has to offer.

Throughout May and into the Summer
Wednesday 8th April – Sunday 19th July – Numinous exhibition at Forty Hall & Estate.
Friday 1st – Saturday 30th May – Expressions in Ink at Forty Hall & Estate.
Friday 10th – Sunday 30th August – Monski Mouse’s Baby Disco Dance Hall
Up until Monday 25th May – Shaun the Sheep trail
Every Saturday & Sunday (everyday in school holidays) Cineworld and Odeon hold special screenings for kids at a reduced rate and I would love to try and take Archie for his first trip to the cinema soon.

Early May Bank Holiday Weekend

Krispy Kreme in Enfield is taking part, not that I need any excuse(!), as well as Simmons Bakers in Cockfosters, Barnet, Cuffley and Cheshunt.
